(Spies, Lies and Polygraph Tape) — Sources to STARstream Research — including former CIA officer Dr. Kit Green — and Dr. Ron Pandolfi, identified in a For Official Use Only government document with the Office of the Director of National Intelligence — have made reference to a CORE STORY surrounding a deep black “phenomenology problem” associated with UFOs and extraterrestrial alien visitors.
NSA document leaker Edward Snowden’s latest “act of whistleblowing” — if true — revealed the existence of “above top secret” core secrets at a deeper level than TOP SECRET — where compartmentalized and closely held secret Special Access Programs (SAP) reside. So we now know that the CORE of the CORE STORY is not to be found in a Special Access Program.
Whatever exists inside of the CORE STORY must be something else; something much more sensitive.
Former CIA official Kit Green — identified in a declassified document as working within CIA’s Life Sciences Division — often refers to a CORE STORY that was sourced over many years from many senior government officials, including CIA Directors. On a declassified and official level, Green was involved in the 1970s with a covert CIA operation run at Stanford Research Institute in the 1970s. The goal of that effort was to determine if paranormal phenomena could be weaponized for the cold war against the Soviet Union.
Ron Pandolfi’s friend Dan Throop Smith Jr. has often mentioned Pandolfi’s alleged claim of eliminating the paper trail regarding government involvement in “phenomenology.” This suggests that Pandolfi’s secrets might be core secrets which are, by official U.S. government definition, only shared among select government individuals.
Shortly after the assassination of U.S. President John F. Kennedy, Helms penned a letter seeking to further U.S. government involvement in paranormal topics.
The December 1963 declassified memo is clear on what types of phenomenology were of interest to the U.S. intelligence community: hypnosis, mind control, cybernetics and telepathic communication. Helms indicates his desire to weaponize paranormal phenomena for CIA operations. Dr. Kit Green’s involvement at Stanford Research Institute took place after Helms became the CIA Director. At least some of Green’s version of the CORE STORY appears to have been influenced by discussion with Helms.
CORE SECRETS require good cover stories and over the years, we have seen tales of extraterrestrial alien contact — Little Green Men (LGM) — used as a nice and laughable cover for the core truth of whatever phenomenology the government had been or still is dabbling with. By our definition, phenomenology produces human effects from mechanisms that are not well understood (in theory). Surviving files from the official government record prove that a lack of theory does not prevent the U.S. government from experimenting, often on unwitting test subjects.
Some or most of the individuals who shared amongst themselves the core secrets concerning government phenomenology have passed on or will shortly. The lack of a paper trail leaves whatever phenomenology machine has been created (psychological or physical) potentially intact or even operational, but the question of accountability remains:
Who, or what, is in charge of the deep core secrets?
When asked, Dr. Green always indicated that the phenomenology machine lives inside the military industrial complex and is not an intelligence community (CIA) operation. Astronaut Edgar Mitchell tells us he went to the head of military intelligence at the Defense Intelligence Agency, whom Mitchell says confirmed the existence of a core secret.
I refer to the deep black CORE SECRET phenomenology machine as the SORCERER’S APPRENTICE.
