Suicide terror attacks predicted against New York City and Washington D.C. Targets to include The White House and the Pentagon.
“By the way, congratulations on finding those excellent STAR GATE 1986/WTC stuff. A brilliant find: historically important and very convincing.” — Jon Ronson, documentary filmmaker and award winning author of “The Men Who Stare at Goats” and “THEM”

(STARpod.org) — Thirty four years and millions of dollars later, CIA documents reveal the amazing success and dismal failures of the STAR GATE program, the formerly top secret intelligence agency programs used to “remote view” information that couldn’t be accessed by any normal means of collection.
STARstream Research has uncovered new files strongly suggesting that America’s psychic intelligence agents were picking up information warning of the rise of Usama bin Ladin and the devastating attacks of September 11, 2001. The latest finds include a CIA released DIA document that identifies “Project 911” and drawings that strongly resemble Usama bin Ladin before and after the 9/11 attacks. You can view some of the original documents here at the STARstream Research web site.
STAR GATE files pointing to the 9/11 events are only the beginning. According to British author and filmmaker Jon Ronson, following the 9/11 attacks, psychic Uri Geller was reactivated into the ranks of intelligence agency psychic spies. The ‘spooky’ spooks are likely used to track the movement of terrorists and weapons of mass destruction.
We have compiled images from CIA-released STAR GATE documents about the CIA and DIA remote viewers, also known as “psychic-spy” sources tasked to use AMP — anomalous mental phenomena — to access information not available to ordinary senses. Most of the documents presented here were classified SECRET prior to their release following Congressionally mandated review.
Did a psychic military source warn of the rise of Usama bin Ladin in 1987?
February 4th, 1987: A DIA SUN STREAK psychic spy produced images that resemble Usama bin Ladin before and after the 9/11 attacks, and warns of his rise to power, followed by death.
[Note: The following composite image was created from FBI photo, screen shot and DIA document and has been reversed to correct for a well known distortion commonly reported in remote viewing.]
From the 9/11 Commission Report:
“Bin Ladin and Azzam agreed that the organization successfully created for Afghanistan should not be allowed to dissolve. They established what they called a base or foundation (al Qaeda) as a potential general headquarters for future jihad. Though Azzam had been considered number one in the MAK, by August 1988 Bin Ladin was clearly the leader (emir) of al Qaeda.”
Here we present selections from DIA SUN STREAK Project CY8608 working papers, with “temporal overlay” removed, by excising any references specific to events of concern in the time frame of 1986. The removal of the temporal overlay reveals an intriguing connection to images that are related to the events of September 11, 2001:
STAR GATE remote viewers were tasked to “see” the future by looking at the front page of future newspapers, like the Washington Post and the New York Times.
Remote Viewing the Collapse of the Twin Towers?
This 1986 clip reports a news story about the impact of an airplane causing the collapse of a building, and is strongly suggestive of the destruction of the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001.
Remote Viewing: Temporal Overlay?
Temporal overlay is a distortion or misinterpretation caused by inserting the remote viewed mental data into the context of the present moment. Project “P” was tasked to test the ability of the military remote viewers to see into the future. Test targets were selected, primarily newspaper headlines and a time coordinate was also set several days into the future. Targeting of specific times failed to produce accurate information, but the remote viewed data about target locations now appears to have been mostly correct.
This clip demonstrates that the 1986 intelligence analysts were aware of the problems of temporal and other kinds of analytical overlay, as well as problems in interpreting the data provided by the sources.
“If closed timelike lines exist, then a type of superluminal communication must also exist. Applying the same analysis as I did in the case of time travel, one finds that the ‘superluminal’ signals can emerge in another universe. I have not investigated the matter further, but I conjecture that, as I proved in the time travel case, they *must* emerge in another universe, at least in a wide class of interesting cases.” — Professor David Deutsch, Oxford
After SSR removed temporal overlay references to the 1980’s and other small incorrect details (strike through in red corresponding to the expected 30 to 50 percent error factor in remote viewing), the remaining CIA released warning strongly resembles circumstances surrounding the Sept. 11, 2001 hijacking of United Flight 93, piloted by Ziad Jarrah — in particular, the name given for the pilot who would fly an airplane into the U.S. Capitol Building — a foreigner from the Middle East with a name that “sounds like Jerry, Gerard, or Geraldo.”
After taking control of Flight 93, Jarrah turned the aircraft back towards Washington as it approached the Great Lakes, which might be considered the departure point for the suicide mission. National Airport is in Washington D.C. Based upon the timing given in this document, it is clear that intelligence officers who analyzed the psychic data believed the attack against Washington was imminent and would take place within a few months.
In 1998, White House counter-terrorism czar Richard Clarke chaired a “tabletop exercise” scenario in which a terrorist group loaded a Learjet with explosives on a suicide mission against targets in Washington, D.C. It is unknown whether or not this memo or other data sourced from psychic operations influenced this simulation. It was not the aircraft that was purchased, but rather the origination of the flights (and tickets) in New Jersey and New York.
